Hereditary Cancer Panels: Know Your Inherited Risk
Who it’s for
These panels may be worth considering if you have a personal or family history of cancer, a known familial gene change, or a background linked to higher inherited risk. A genetic result changes your estimated risk — it does not mean you will, or will not, develop cancer. We recommend discussing testing and results with a genetic counsellor or your doctor.
What you’ll learn
• The balance of bacteria in your vaginal microbiome, including levels of protective Lactobacillus
• Whether your flora looks balanced or disrupted, and your vaginal pH
• Personalised, science-based suggestions to support your intimate wellbeing
How it works
Hereditary Breast Cancer — 11 genes — £499
Hereditary Breast & Ovarian — 16 genes — £499 Hereditary Prostate Cancer — 10 genes — £499 Hereditary Colorectal (Lynch) — 17 genes — £499 Hereditary Melanoma — 7 genes —£499

What it covers: analysed by Nonacus, a UK genomic laboratory (ISO 15189:2022 accredited, with a UKAS-accredited report). The Comprehensive Hereditary Cancer Panel analyses carefully curated genes across the most common hereditary cancers — breast, ovarian, colorectal (Lynch syndrome), prostate, pancreatic and melanoma — including BRCA1, BRCA2, the Lynch syndrome genes (MLH1, MSH2, MSH6, PMS2, EPCAM), PALB2, ATM and TP53. Your test includes support from a qualified genetic counsellor before and after testing.

Understand your inherited cancer risk
Our hereditary cancer panels look for inherited gene changes associated with a higher risk of certain cancers
Our hereditary cancer panels look for inherited gene changes associated with a higher risk of certain cancers, to help you and your clinicians make informed decisions about monitoring and prevention. Choose a panel focused on a specific cancer, or the Comprehensive panel covering the full range. • Simple saliva sample • Analysed by an accredited UK genomic laboratory (Nonacus) • Includes support from a qualified genetic counsellor, before and after testing • Cancer-specific panels from £499 • Comprehensive 35-gene panel £549

Q: Is there counselling?
