Returns and Refunds

We want you to feel confident when ordering from Biox Medical Limited trading as Mecheck.

14 Day Returns

You can return your ColoAlert test kit within 14 days of delivery for a full refund if:

• The kit is unused

• The seal is intact

• The packaging is undamaged

• The kit has not been activated or registered

To start a return, email info@bioxmedical.co.uk with your order number.

Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

What Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns if:

• The seal has been broken

• The kit has been used or activated

• A sample has been collected

• The kit is damaged after delivery

Once opened, medical testing kits cannot be resold.

3 Month Validity

Your test kit must be used within 3 months of purchase.

After this period:

• The kit may no longer be valid for testing

• Standard refunds do not apply

• A paid reactivation option may be available as set out in our Terms and Conditions

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your kit arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
