This Shipping Policy explains how test kits are delivered to you and how Samples are returned for laboratory testing.
1. DELIVERY OF TEST KITS
1.1 All Products (test kits) are shipped to your home address using Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.
1.2 Estimated delivery timeframe is typically 2–3 working days from dispatch.
1.3 Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
1.4 Risk in the Product passes to you upon confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.
1.5 We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Courier service disruption

Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by you

Industrial action
-
Severe weather
-
Events beyond our reasonable control
If your kit has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch confirmation, please contact us.
2. RETURN OF SAMPLES
2.1 Sample return courier services vary depending on the specific test purchased.
2.2 Return Samples may be shipped using:

Royal Mail

FedEx
-
UPS
2.3 The appropriate return method will be clearly indicated within your test kit instructions.
2.4 You must follow the enclosed return instructions carefully to ensure timely and secure delivery to the designated laboratory.
3. SAMPLE TRANSIT AND PROCESSING
3.1 Once dispatched, return times depend on the selected courier and service level.
3.2 We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Courier handling

Customs clearance (if applicable)

Public holidays

Regulatory inspection

Events outside our reasonable control
3.3 Failure to package the Sample correctly or follow return instructions may result in:

Processing delays

Sample rejection

Invalid or inconclusive results
4. SAMPLE VALIDITY
4.1 Samples must be returned promptly after collection to preserve biological stability.
4.2 Kits must be used and Samples received within three (3) months of purchase, after which the Order may expire in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
4.3 Samples received after expiry may not be processed and may be securely destroyed without testing.
