6A. PRODUCT VALIDITY, NON-USE AND REACTIVATION
6A.1 Each Product must be activated, used, and the Sample received by the Accredited Laboratory within three (3) months from the date of purchase.
6A.2 If the Sample is not received within three (3) months:

6A.3 We are not obliged to process any Sample received after expiry. Such Samples may be rejected or destroyed due to stability, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements.

7. CANCELLATION RIGHTS

7.3 Once the seal is broken, cancellation rights do not apply for hygiene and health protection reasons.
7.4 Return costs are your responsibility.
7.5 Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

We are not liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including pandemic, government action, supply chain disruption, or cybersecurity incidents.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content remains our property. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
16. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains valid.

Payment of a reactivation fee;

Replacement of the kit (if required);

Reallocation of laboratory capacity;

Current regulatory requirements.

6A.5 Reactivation is at our sole discretion and may be refused where:

The kit is no longer clinically valid;

Regulatory standards have changed;

The Product has been discontinued;

Excessive time has elapsed.

Correct collection

Accurate registration

Proper packaging

Timely return

Truthful health disclosures

We are not responsible for:

Insufficient samples

Improper handling

Transit delays

Biological degradation

User error

Delay in seeking medical care

Personal interpretation of results

Emotional distress

Employment or insurance consequences

Third-party reliance

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 10.1 Nothing excludes liability for:

Death or personal injury caused by negligence;

Fraud;

Any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
